4. Medical Disclaimer & Emergency Use

Cura is not an emergency response system. Do not use the platform for urgent or life-threatening situations.

5. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows

Patients are expected to attend scheduled sessions on time and provide appropriate notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or repeated no-shows may lead to service restrictions and applicable fees according to provider policy.

  • No unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or credential sharing.
  • No harassment, abuse, or discriminatory conduct toward patients, caregivers, or specialists.
  • No upload of malware or attempts to disrupt security controls.

7. Patient Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete and truthful health information, medication history, symptoms, and home care environment details necessary for safe care planning. You must also review provider instructions and request clarification when needed.

8. Fees, Payments & Refunds

Certain consultations, home visits, or platform features may require payment. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are due at booking or service completion. Refunds, if offered, are governed by provider cancellation policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Privacy & Data Handling

Your use of Cura is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how personal and health-related information is collected, used, and safeguarded. By using the platform, you consent to those data practices as permitted by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, workflows, branding, and software components are owned by Cura or licensed partners. You receive a limited, non-transferable right to use the system solely for lawful personal care coordination or approved professional care delivery.

To the extent permitted by law, Cura is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use, service interruptions, or third-party actions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, compromise system security, or present risks to patient safety. You may stop using the platform at any time, subject to completion of active treatment or billing obligations.

13. Changes to Terms

Cura may update these Terms periodically to reflect service improvements, regulatory requirements, or operational changes. Updated versions become effective when posted with a revised effective date.
